OUR TEAM
Alec has over 25 years of experience in executive level management and strategic consulting. At Green Dot Bank, he served as the GM of Revenue overseeing the $550 million prepaid card business. Earlier, Alec has served as the CEO of various firms including EvoRetail, a visual pattern recognition technology company; Evolution Robotics, Inc., a robotics software company; and University Access, an early online learning company. As a consultant at McKinsey & Co. he specialized in serving large banks and energy resource companies. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Alec earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and his BA in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead Scholar. He holds various software and systems patents.
Danny has 20 years of experience advising senior executives on optimizing the effectiveness of their procurement, facilities, and accounts payable functions. He has led engagements in various industries such as financial services, utilities, manufacturing and higher education. Prior to joining ViciPartners, Danny founded Cequel Consulting and served as an executive at Value Management Group, a private equity firm.
Danny earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida and his MBA from Emory University.
Adam has over 9 years of performance management and M&A advisory work experience with clients across a range of industries including healthcare, insurance, hospitality and technology services. Prior to joining Vici, Adam spent 5 years working at hedge funds investing in public markets in deep value situations in technology, financial and
retail industries.
Adam earned his MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah.
Bruce has over 25 years of experience in executive level management and as a provider of
financial advisory services. At Avenue Capital Group, he established and was the Chief
Representative of the Shanghai office, leading over $100 million of investments. In addition,
Bruce has served as CFO of a Venture Capital backed software and services company. Bruce
has also worked as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers (Citicorp), Banc of America
Securities and the Stout Bluepeak Group, providing M&A and capital raising advisory services.
Bruce earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and his BS in Business Administration at
the University of California Berkeley.
Alan has 40 years of experience consulting executives on business strategy and implementation, mergers, and post merger integration for both corporate and Private Equity clients. He has managed projects in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, SaaS, and healthcare. He has also worked on 40+ due diligence projects for transactions.
Prior to joining Vici Partners, Alan worked with several boutique strategy consulting firms as well as Omnicom, and started his career at Bain & Co. in Boston, MA. Alan earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ray is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. He has led transformative initiatives for industry-leading global Fortune 500 companies, delivering measurable results through procurement and supply chain innovation, business process reengineering, and supply base optimization. Ray is known for applying best-in-class practices to enhance operational efficiency and drive bottom-line impact in competitive markets.
Throughout his career, Ray has served both as Head of Procurement and as a Lead Consultant, managing complex engagements across a diverse range of industries, such as Healthcare – Integrated Healthcare Facilities, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Insurance, Hospitality – Hotels & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Aviation & Aerospace, Consumer Products, Banking and Investing.
Ray has Bachelor degree in Economics from SUNY New Paltz an MBA from Dowling College
Josh has 15 years of experience delivering change management and corporate innovation programs spanning a variety of sectors, scales, and geographies. Josh has a particularly deep passion for new business incubation, product development, and digital transformation.
Josh spent his early career with Idealab, a technology startup incubator. His consulting journey began after a series of successful builds with exits. Typical engagements include working with small or mid-market businesses to develop the operational maturity to compete at scale or with larger organizations to develop the agility, creativity, and opportunism to compete with disruptors.
Josh graduated from Harvey Mudd College with B.S. degrees in both Engineering and Economics. He is based in New Orleans, where he survives the wrath of hurricanes and his two small children.
Joe is a seasoned procurement and operations executive with extensive experience leading transformation programs across technology, transportation, entertainment, property, and SaaS sectors. He has a proven track record of building procurement functions, delivering cost savings, and driving operational efficiency for global organizations.
Joe has led procurement transformations for companies such as Henry Schein, Colt Technologies, Persimmon Homes, National Express, Caesars Entertainment, FirstGroup, Iron Mountain, and BP. His work spans North America, Europe, and Asia, with savings achievements ranging from $2M to $32M across both direct and indirect spend. In addition to functional leadership, Joe has extensive experience in post-merger integration, asset utilization, and business process redesign.
Joe holds a Business & Finance degree from Coventry Warwick University, completed MBA coursework, and holds the ICAEW CFAB credential. He is based in London.
Ryan Allenbach is an experienced executive and strategic advisor with a background in investment banking, management consulting, and enterprise transformation. Over the past 15 years, he has helped organizations navigate complex change, improve decision-making, and accelerate execution on high-impact initiatives. He brings a unique blend of financial acumen, operational insight, and product strategy to leadership teams tackling cross-functional challenges.
Ryan has founded and led technology ventures, advised private equity-backed firms, and served on multiple boards. A passionate early adopter of AI, he actively explores how emerging technologies can enhance productivity, unlock insight, and support better decision-making at scale.
He holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
